Bay’s Kitchen was born from a desire to create a new range of low FODMAP food products to help fellow IBS sufferers find food which is low in FODMAP’s, yet tastes great and is convenient for our fast-paced lives.

We have worked really hard to develop recipes which are low FODMAP and Gluten Free, yet taste great and mean we don’t have to miss out on delicious food!

We have received so much positive feedback for our sauces and even won Gold & Silver at the Free From Food Awards! We have listened to our customers feedback and are constantly in the process of developing new recipes and products to launch, which are of course all certified Low FODMAP!

To give you peace of mind, we always certify our products to be Low FODMAP and Gluten Free, to help you enjoy food yet live a more symptom free life!
