We are enthusiastic about women's health, sports conditioning, and rehabilitation for all types of sports injuries. Our training programs are aimed at making training more fun and rewarding, which will ultimately help you reach your health and fitness goals. We currently hold a sports psychology degree as well as a fitness trainer certification. Being an athlete, we have competed for South Africa in duathlon and achieved two silver and one bronze medal. Running numerous marathons across South Africa and Europe over the years and ranking in the Top 10 fastest elite women marathon runners in South Africa in 2019, has given us the physical and psychological experience needed.
