Physio Answers Physiotherapy Southend is located in the beautiful Mayura Yoga and Pilates Centre located on the seafront at Thorpe Bay, Eastern Esplanade.

We offer expert physiotherapy and sports massage in our private treatment room. To maximize the effectiveness of your treatment plan we can also refer you to one of the many classes held at Mayura including specialist Pilates classes for back pain, pre-natal yoga and sitting yoga for those unable to get on the floor. All the classes are held in the spacious, airy Mayura studio overlooking the sea.
