We offer a unique service for pre-fabricated CNC cut plywood frame buildings. Our system is the perfect build method for garden office outbuildings and small construction projects. We can provide unparalleled ease of construction and accuracy for this scale of the structure. We can take your basic architectural drawings and provide a detailed 3d model of our tried and tested pre-fabricated ply frame system. Then cut, deliver and assemble the complete structure and envelope. Combined with sensitive insulation and natural products, this is a fully sustainable way of building small cabins and offices.
We have a state-of-the-art large bed CNC router, with automatic tool changing and vacuum bed, offering you a highly efficient cutting service. We have a bed size of 3050mm x 1550mm. We invest in the best possible router cutting bits and technology for speed and precision.
We typically work with a wide variety of files and develop accurate communication resulting in highly reliable delivery of your parts.
We have a SketchUp to CNC service where designers and makers proficient with Sketchup can send us their SKB files with no preparation for CNC machining, and we can do the rest. Finally, we will orientate the axis of each part, nest and cut ready for assembly. This makes things very easy for the large number of carpenters and joinery who solely use SketchUp.
