Hello and welcome to Access Health Therapy. Home to a unique therapy experience, where the therapy is tailored to the individual. We have found that by taking the time to get to know the underlying personality of the individual, we can adapt our therapy programs to ensure the best possible outcome is realised. We do this by having a customer-focused approach at all times and regularly rewriting the textbooks on what works and what suffices. Our toolbox includes Hypnotherapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Emotional Freedom Techniques, Mindfulness and Meditation, Psychosensory Therapy, Integral Eye Movement Therapy, utilising Biofeedback and Sound Therapy.
