I am a professional, fully qualified Anxiety Specialist. I assist clients throughout Reading and Berkshire overcome whatever is avoiding them from unlocking their full capability. I have efficiently worked with customers on a wide range of issues including generalized anxiety, social anxiety, health anxiety, panic attacks, OCD, self-confidence, stress, fears and phobias, misophonia, sleep issues, addictions, anger, and low self-confidence.

Being qualified in both Hypnotherapy and EMDR, I can also assist clients with symptoms of PTSD and trauma-related anxiety.

I offer both in-person and online consultations. I see clients in my uncrowded, private, therapy pod with free auto parking. Customers are welcome to make a reservation for a free confidential, initial consultation to ensure I am the right person to assist them.

The standard of my work is monitored by the national hypnotherapy professional body BSCH (British Society of Clinical Hypnosis).
