Freezone Retreat

Freezone aims to help people in abstinence based recovery, working a 12 Step programme or anyone interested in general meditation, to draw strength from an atmosphere of spiritual growth and meditation.

We believe there is a need for a therapeutic environment to experience serenity and our aim is to achieve this in a natural, relaxing setting.

The 12 Step philosophy of Freezone is based on a set of guiding principles outlining a course of action for recovery from addictive, compulsive or other behavioural problems.

Freezone is open to the general public. Freezone is not a fellowship or a replacement for 12 Step Recovery programmes, nor do we endorse any religion or specific spiritual practice.
