Gallus Sales & Lettings is an independently owned business ran by Directors Matthew Gunn and Andy Little. We offer an alternative to high-street Sales & Letting Agents that are often inefficient and also not cost-effective for Landlords.

Since 2015 we have been purchasing investment properties for renovating and also the buy-to-let market. We have actually steadily built up our Portfolio since then and also in 2019 launched Gallus Sales & Lettings to manage clients' Properties.

We were tired of Estate & Letting Agents that didn't return emails and also simply didn't know enough regarding Property. As Landlords and Investors ourselves, we aim to manage and sell our clients' properties with our hands-on style and make sure their investment is in secure hands at all times.
