It was after receiving many treatments of physiotherapy and massage for injuries, aches and pains sustained whilst playing rugby for the best part of 25, that I realised the benefits of these therapies. They enabled me to heal, rehabilitate faster and properly, therefore allowing me to train harder and more frequently.

Over the past 20 years I've been able to apply this philosophy to help my clients. By building up my knowledge of the body and it's workings, I've developed my techniques to treat people with muscle injuries/tightness, problems that accumulate from every day life i.e sitting at desks, computers, tablets etc. As well as those suffering from Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson's and Cerebral Palsy. This has enabled them to achieve their goals, whether it be training in the gym, playing sports or just being able to live a healthier life style.

Lately though, new technical innovations have started to revolutionise the way rehabilitation is carried out. 4 years ago I found Laser Therapy (LLLT). This red light therapy working at a cellular level has helped with the way I've been able to repair injuries and with a quicker rehabilitation timeframe.
