We also wanted to provide a support option that reflected the needs of the modern business. So we bundle Applecare with all of our products. This means our customers get access to 24/7 telephone support with Apple Technicians on any OS X issue they are having. It also means that during the 3 year lease if the Mac fails you know that Apple are going to repair it with genuine parts free of charge.
With an average off-site repair taking 7-10 working days we wanted to make sure our customers remain up and running even when if their Mac isn’t. That’s why all of our leases come with a temporary loan machine as standard. Delivered the next business day you will have use of it until we return yours.
