My name is Nicki, I am a mum of two with a love for baking. Like a lot of mum’s I started creating cakes for my children’s birthdays. I had requests such as The Lion King, Gymnastics, Sports cars, and football teams. While I still love making these fondant creations, my real love is for buttercream cakes.
