Mid and West Wales Fire and Rescue Service

Mid and West Wales Fire and Rescue Service is responsible for providing public safety information, prevention and protection programmes, and emergency response cover for Mid and West Wales.​

Our organisation employees over 1,400 members of staff and covers around 4,500 square miles - almost two thirds of Wales.

Prevention - We are committed to reducing the number of accidental home fires across our Service area.

Protection - Our Business Fire Safety Department and specialist officers are committed to helping you understand the risks of fire and comply with relevant legislation.

Response - Mid and West Wales Fire and Rescue Service is committed to providing the best possible emergency response to the communities we serve, 24 hours a day.
