Hello, my name is Chris and I am a Hypnotherapist and Hypnotist based in the West Midlands and Staffordshire. I experienced mental health struggles for many years before making the life changing decision to regain control of my own life. I was recommended to a local hypnotherapist by a member of family and haven’t looked back since. Initially, I had always been skeptical of therapy.
