Osteopathy & You

We are a community focussed clinic located within Millbrook, situated in Southampton. We are close to the M27 providing access from surrounding areas such as Rownhams, Shirley, Nursing, Maybush, Eastleigh and Romsey.

The clinic is situated within Southampton Barbell. It was founded by Jemma who has a keen passion for patients struggling with pain. Jemma splits her time between treating patients and Lecturing students to become Osteopaths.

Our team strive on putting the health and well-being of our patients first to provide them with the best possible care.

Osteopathic treatment is a holistic approach to the human body that focuses on your body as a whole. We will examine, diagnose and plan out the best treatment strategy for you as an individual.
