In the event of an emergency where you or your child may be unconscious or unable to communicate, we ensure that vital information can be accessed without delay.

Each jewellery disc is engraved with a unique reference number, key medical conditions or vital information and a 24/7 emergency phone line. Wearing your MedicAlert jewellery allows emergency personnel to obtain initial information from the disc on your bracelet or necklace, with further detail being available via the electronic record you hold with us.
